Supporting the AAC as a Member
Membership in the AAC comprises certain commitments, including attendance at the AGM, and opportunities to volunteer with the various member groups if and when required. Benefits of membership include: a 10% discount on purchases at The Old Peterson Road gallery and Lopez Designs, and participation in monthly ticket draws for pairs of tickets donated each from The Bancroft Theatre Guild, Performing Arts Bancroft and the York River Festival.
You can become a MEMBER and receive your member card with a contribution of $20. Any amount above $20 will be eligible for a charitable donation receipt.

Supporting the AAC as a Donor
You may choose to support the AAC as a DONOR. When you become a donor, you will receive a charitable donation receipt for the full amount of your contribution and a copy of our annual newsletter, and of course, the opportunity to support the arts in North Hastings and help with realizing our mandate.
Donor levels are Patron $50, Benefactor $200 and Corporate Sponsor $350.

Artist Associate Members
In order to better serve working members of the arts community we have set up a separate category of membership for them with benefits directly related to their professional development, including a listing on our website and the annual newsletter and a receipt for business purposes. Because the AAC will be essentially promoting them as a business, people in this category will be classed as AAC associates and will not be eligible for a membership card or voting privileges at the AGM. We hope in this way to draw more of the working arts community into the AAC in order to give them more support and exposure to the community at large and to each other.
You can become an ARTIST MEMBER of the AAC for a fee of $35.

How Your Support Helps
The AAC Contributing Member Arts Groups are supported through AAC General Memberships and proceeds from AAC sponsored events and fundraising. Your membership fees help fund the shared administrative costs of the Contributing Member Arts Groups as well as AAC initiatives such as the AAC Youth Arts Award. Your membership directly supports the AAC member artists and arts groups, allowing them to bring you the quality arts events that you have come to expect and enjoy.
